Returns

At Loof Wraps, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Because many smoking-related products are considered personal-use items, returns may be limited for safety and hygiene reasons.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on used or opened products.
Return Requests
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@loofwraps.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos of the packaging and product to help review the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items, if applicable
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If an item is eligible, exchange requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.
